According to the Fifield Company Website:
Residents will be walking distance from the beautifully refurbished Embarcadero Waterfront and the vast array of cultural, business and shopping attractions of downtown San Francisco. Rinco Hill has merged as a successful model for bustling, mixed-use 24/7, walk-to-work/entertainment/shopping environment. The soaring 41-story tower building will house 393 luxury units, each averaging 1,048 square feet. Expansive glass will enhance most units and provide panoramic views over the Bay and towards downtown. Unobstructed views of the entire San Francisco Bay and surrounding areas will be accessible for residents on the 24th floor.
