Pacific Marketing Associates has created a total of 695 units and 14 townhouses starting in the $600’s which will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2008. Assuredly One Rincon Hill won’t fall short as far as architechureal standards as they have consulted with the windy city’s Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates.

This 60 story condo tower has a 12 foot (4 m) thick massive foundation dipped straight into the serpentine rock characteristic of the area. It also has V-shaped restraining walls that are designed to absorb the next big one.
It is no wonder that 90% is completely sold, people know safety and address when they see it. For more details…
Interesting Facts:
This is the second-tallest tower currently under construction in San Francisco. Wikipedia Also Bloggers such as this one liken the similarity in design to the Ionic breeze.

The Mark Company’s newest endeavor is 300 Spear Street or The Infinity Towers, falling into the pedigree of San Francisco’s new wave of SOMA residential development. It will contain 365 units in phase I and 200+ in phase II. On September 15th at the Dwell on Design conference in San Francisco, the partners announced that Robert Edmonds of San Francisco and three designers from a Cupertino furniture showroom won $5,000 and the project to develop designs for any of 3 floorplans.

Along with the Millennium Tower and One Rincon Hill to the west and south, respectively, they will create a new highrise neighborhood in the South of Market district. Starting at the $600’s with only 40% left to go until it’s filled. Ready for ocupancy in 2008.
Interesting Fact:
During the excavation process a 125 foot ship from 1818 was found under the parking lot.
